Whitney Hernandez, RN, BSN

Whitney is an RN with 10 years of experience working in the emergency department. Until recently, Whitney was a travel nurse moving across the country with husband and 2 daughters. She fell in love with the PNW and decided to stay. She loves being outdoors and connecting with others.


Whitney is passionate about empowering her patients through education and taking an active role in their healthcare while focusing on preventive care. She is excited to help you and other people in Southern Washington and Northern Oregon!

Stephanie Marsh, RN, BSN, CEN

Stephanie is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science of Nursing, Certified Emergency Nurse, full-time flight nurse and if that wasn't enough, she's also a mother of three. 

"I love exploring alternative medicine and connecting with people who are proactive about their health." 

Stephanie has 15 years of nursing experience.

Teresa Ekdahl-Johnson, RN

Teresa has been a Nurse Practitioner specializing in family and addiction medicine, integrative wellness and aesthetics since 2020 after graduation from Gonzaga University. Teresa’s strongly believes in a holistic treatment approach and incorporating natural and alternatives remedies to improve wellness and overall wellbeing. Teresa worked as a nurse in acute care and emergency nursing as well as completing a Master’s Degree is Nursing Education prior to obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. In her free time, she enjoys spending time hiking and exploring the outdoors, crafting, traveling with her husband and children.

Amity Strebel, RN

Amity is an RN of 7 years, with background in Home Health Care, IV Administration and Community Health. She works at a local primary care clinic and in her free time loves, crafting, exploring, and being outdoors with her Husband, Son, and 2 German Shepherds.

Jamie Flemetis, RN

Jamie is an RN and enjoys helping people look and feel their best. 

Tami Fluke, RN

Tami is an RN with 21 years experience in Emergency and Medical - Surgical nursing. Married for 22 years with two beautiful kids. I am very excited to pursue my passion in internal and aesthetic medicine. In my extra time I love taking walks and hanging out with my family and friends. “You have every right to a beautiful life”

Monica Ortiz, RN

Monica comes to us with ten years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She is experienced in emergency and medical-surgical nursing. Monica is a leader as a charge nurse. She also stays busy selling real estate as a part time agent. Monica enjoys going on adventures with her three kids. She loves to help people and is excited to assist

Terilynn has years of experience as an RN and enjoys helping people in the community look and feel their best.
